To the 80th anniversary of the creation of the oldest dance collective of our country and in the anniversary year of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War the Honoured Amateur Collective of the Republic of Belarus Dance Ensemble “Kryzhachok” invites you to the concert, which will take place on May 21 at 19:00 on the stage of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society.

The first composition of the collective in 1945 included guys and girls, students of the Belarusian State University, who returned from the front, and with a great desire to live a happy life and give joy to their audience. These values, which were laid down then, are carefully honoured by the present artists of the ensemble “Kryzhachok”. The participants of the choreographic group are from completely different professions, but are united by one goal – love for art and dance.

In the concert programme you will see both well-known performances of the ensemble from Belarusian and world folklore, and premiere works, as well as a number of solo works! An important production in honour of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory will be the suite “In the City Garden”.
