The Novosibirsk Academic Symphony Orchestra will tour in the Republic of Belarus from May 23 to 26 as part of the Days of Culture of the Novosibirsk Region in the Republic of Belarus.
On May 25, the Novosibirsk Academic Symphony Orchestra will perform for the first time on the stage of the Belarusian State Philharmonic under the direction of artistic director and chief conductor Dimitris Botinis.

The concert will feature works by the outstanding Russian composer Sergei Rachmaninov. The solo part in Concerto No. 4 for piano and orchestra will be performed by the young gifted pianist German Ukolov, soloist of the Novosibirsk State Philharmonic, laureate of all-Russian and international competitions.

The Novosibirsk Academic Symphony Orchestra has long gained fame outside of Siberia, becoming a cultural treasure of the country. The ensemble was created in 1956 by the legendary conductor Arnold Katz. Since 1970, the famous orchestra has repeatedly toured the most famous concert venues in most countries of Europe, Japan and China.

The tour of the Novosibirsk Academic Symphony Orchestra in the Republic of Belarus will take place with the support of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region and the Ministry of Culture of the Novosibirsk Region.
